We want you to love your Emi Jay accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair care products and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original Emi Jay box or a similar mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
